About the role
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate records
- Conduct outreach calls to applicants to screen interest and guide them through the hiring process
- Review and vet resumes against job requirements, identifying qualified candidates
- Assist with job postings and candidate correspondence
- Assist with employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Maintain employee files and HR databases with accurate, confidential information
- Help coordinate training sessions and employee events
- Prepare HR reports and correspondence as needed
- Serve as a friendly point of contact for employee HR inquiries
Requirements
- Administrative experience in a professional setting
- Knowledge of HR or recruiting processes through work experience, internships, or academic coursework
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Comfortable making phone calls and building rapport with employees and candidates
- Proficiency with standard office software and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
