About the role

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate records
  • Conduct outreach calls to applicants to screen interest and guide them through the hiring process
  • Review and vet resumes against job requirements, identifying qualified candidates
  • Assist with job postings and candidate correspondence
  • Assist with employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Maintain employee files and HR databases with accurate, confidential information
  • Help coordinate training sessions and employee events
  • Prepare HR reports and correspondence as needed
  • Serve as a friendly point of contact for employee HR inquiries

Requirements

  • Administrative experience in a professional setting
  • Knowledge of HR or recruiting processes through work experience, internships, or academic coursework
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Comfortable making phone calls and building rapport with employees and candidates
  • Proficiency with standard office software and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
