About the role
- Source, secure, and manage transportation needs for Gampac customers
- Manage relationships between the customer and Gampac
- Ensure accurate data capture and integrity in customer-related functions
- Create new customer account opportunities from prospecting to generating leads
- Monitor current loads and proactively identify, communicate, and resolve issues for customers
- Support A/R in collections of past due invoices for customers
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of brokerage experience
- Basic understanding of brokerage operations and geographic freight markets
- BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
