About the role
- Oversee the day to day management of the Territory Manager and New Business Manager compensation programs.
- Devise strategic program recommendations based on complex analyses.
- Manage scheduled audits of assigned compensation programs to ensure compliance.
- Develop and facilitate enterprise-wide training on critical internal systems.
- Communicate business critical data and make recommendations to Senior Leadership.
- Ensure timely and consistent updates across relevant systems.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure optimal systems.
- Maintain detailed documentation and traceability for approvals and wage updates.
- Partner with FP&A to provide data and analysis on compensation expenditures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business / Operations or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5 years accounting, business, finance or other relevant experience required.
- Minimum 2 years administering complex compensation/incentive programs.
- Solid quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data analysis and offer recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Deep understanding of Excel at the expert level.
- Prior experience with Tableau and/or Snowflake a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
