Provides advanced expertise in multiple technologies
Develops or leads highly sophisticated architectures
Works with IT and business leadership in the development of key organizational strategies
Provides vision and pragmatic expertise to the planning process
Directs changes to the I/T organization and processes
Identifies and prioritizes opportunities
Ensures the use of industry and enterprise technology standards
Leads architecture design that is scalable to the enterprise
Develops publications and educates value-stream architects
Manages and/or facilitates Review Boards to evaluate project proposals
Partners with business and technology subject-matter experts
Mentors and guides less experienced architects
Communicates "big picture" to Business and IT stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

BS/BA in computer science or related
Masters degree desirable
Certifications in web-based technologies, Cloud and project management a plus
10+ years of IT architecture, or data experience, or software development and project management experience using waterfall and agile methods
At least 3 years of leadership experience in Architecture Strategy, Roadmap, and technologies
Experience in domain-specific architecture concepts and emerging technologies
Experience creating and promoting guiding development principles
Experience leading enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
Significant experience (2-3 years or more) in the Agile development process.
Experience with product team models and collaboration with enterprise architecture.
Experience with database technologies including Oracle, JDBC, SQL, NoSQL, Data grid etc.
Experience architecting Cloud or SaaS applications.
