- Directs and oversees the overall operations and site management of the Distribution Centers
- Implements and ensures procedures for a safe, efficient and profitable department
- Negotiates and administers collective bargaining agreements
- Oversees Bensenville and semi-automated Aurora location
- Develops and executes a strategic plan for operations department
Requirements
- 10 years operations experience
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience
- 4-year degree preferred or High School Diploma (or GED) and equivalent experience
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA, HAACP regulations
- PC skills
