About the role
- Field Recruiters are accountable for sourcing high potential, high performance candidates
- Support full recruiting lifecycle including client relationship management
- Cultivates relationships with internal and external customers
- Develop and execute adaptable recruiting plans
- Sources, screens, qualifies, and interviews prospective candidates
- Tracks results ensuring compliance with company policy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in full-lifecycle recruiting for professional positions at all levels
- Minimum 3 years’ experience successfully sourcing and identifying top talent
- High level of proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs
- Strong ability to successfully cold call
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
- Experience with web-based applicant tracking system preferred
