About the role
- Manage all aspects of local sales to meet or exceed company goals for a Market’s sales and profitability
- Build and develop local sales organization
- Plan and direct the implementation of sales strategies and tactics aimed at sustained sales and margin growth
- Recruit, hire and supervise Regional and/or District sales management professionals
- Develop annual sales plan and programs
- Direct implementation and execution of policies and practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field or equivalent experience required
- A minimum of 8 years in sales or sales management, with at least five years in supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of the foodservice industry and profit & loss management, planning and analysis
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
