About the role

  • Manage all aspects of local sales to meet or exceed company goals for a Market’s sales and profitability
  • Build and develop local sales organization
  • Plan and direct the implementation of sales strategies and tactics aimed at sustained sales and margin growth
  • Recruit, hire and supervise Regional and/or District sales management professionals
  • Develop annual sales plan and programs
  • Direct implementation and execution of policies and practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field or equivalent experience required
  • A minimum of 8 years in sales or sales management, with at least five years in supervisory role
  • Extensive knowledge of the foodservice industry and profit & loss management, planning and analysis
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
