About the role

  • Plan, manage, and implement human resources strategies, programs and processes within assigned functional areas.
  • Provide professional advice and consultation to department management.
  • Consult and partner with department management in employee relations, investigations, performance management, leadership development, and employee communications.
  • Lead and coordinate HR activities that align with business goals.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support in employee relations, investigations, performance management, recruiting, compensation analysis, compliance management.
  • Act as a business partner and advocate to identify human resources solutions to business needs.
  • Administer various human resources plans and procedures.
  • Participate in developing department goals and objectives.
  • Develop and facilitate comprehensive training programs to achieve defined HR goals.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of HR generalist experience required.
  • Knowledge of HRIS System.
  • Management skills in coaching and performance management are required.
  • Proven leader with demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and align them to talent activities and goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Must be proficient within Microsoft applications.
  • Certifications/Training: PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience required.
