About the role
- Plan, manage, and implement human resources strategies, programs and processes within assigned functional areas.
- Provide professional advice and consultation to department management.
- Consult and partner with department management in employee relations, investigations, performance management, leadership development, and employee communications.
- Lead and coordinate HR activities that align with business goals.
- Provide comprehensive HR support in employee relations, investigations, performance management, recruiting, compensation analysis, compliance management.
- Act as a business partner and advocate to identify human resources solutions to business needs.
- Administer various human resources plans and procedures.
- Participate in developing department goals and objectives.
- Develop and facilitate comprehensive training programs to achieve defined HR goals.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of HR generalist experience required.
- Knowledge of HRIS System.
- Management skills in coaching and performance management are required.
- Proven leader with demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and align them to talent activities and goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Must be proficient within Microsoft applications.
- Certifications/Training: PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience required.
