About the role
- Provides analytical and process support to the Operations Director for the Houston platform.
- Tracks all Physician compensation based on their MOWs (call tracking).
- Works with clinical leadership to establish new clinical compensation packages.
- Helps build new compensation policy or structures in QGenda.
- Processes biweekly payroll – audits premium pay, PTO, and policies/rules within QGenda.
- Assists the Human Resources department with new hire orientation for QGenda training.
- Maintains PTO balances to ensure accuracy between Workday and QGenda.
- Analyzes and processes incentive bonus programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma and minimum of 3 years relevant experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- QGenda application knowledge highly preferred.
- Skill in analyzing data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work effectively and independently with all levels of staff, physicians, and external customers.
- Must have the ability to multitask.
