About the role
- Support critical HR functionality in the areas of employee relations, facilitation of training and development, practice policy/procedure development, employee recognition programs, performance management, and succession planning work.
- Partner with the corporate HR centers of excellence in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Talent Management to deliver value-added programs.
- Drive HR initiatives and provide leadership to physician-led committees.
- Participate in mergers and acquisitions as needed.
- Provide support for the full scope of human resources responsibilities in the assigned practice/platform under the leadership of a Sr. Director or VP.
- Interface with both the clinical and MSO teams; adept with balancing competing priorities.
- Build trust and rapport with operational and clinical leaders to facilitate day-to-day human resources needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent degree.
- Minimum eight (8) years Human Resources exempt level experience; preference for candidates with strong background in healthcare, and integrated hospital system or multi state medical group.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience managing human resources staff.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, talent management, and federal and state employment laws.
- Previous experience as an HR leader building relationships, influencing and driving change with senior leaders.
- Experience driving strategy while simultaneously executing on day-to-day.
- The highest ethical and professional standards.
- Ability to maintain strictest confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including board, public and staff presentations.
- Demonstrable employee relations skills.
- Well organized, capable of juggling multiple projects and accustomed to tight deadlines.
- Skilled in gathering, summarizing and reporting information to senior management.
- Ability to work effectively and independently with staff, physicians and external customers.
- Must have a service-oriented disposition and a strong collaborator.
- Excellent analytical, judgment and decision-making skills.

- Excellent attention to accuracy and detail yet possesses a "big picture" perspective.
- Ability to travel up to 10% and as needed. Most travel will be local to the platform.
