About the role
- Supports the Operation Analytics & Clinical Informatics department by translating business needs into analytical solutions.
- Gathers and analyzes healthcare data, develops data models and reports.
- Collaborates with clinical and operational teams to identify actionable insights.
- Develops reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in a healthcare or clinical analytics environment.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with querying complex datasets from data warehouses or clinical data repositories.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and designing metrics for operational tracking.
