Account Executive

• Drive revenue growth by developing a pipeline and closing new-logo business while uncovering expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Develop and execute against a territory sales plan
• Generate new logo and expansion business pipeline by employing demand-gen and pipeline-gen techniques/workflows
• Present and demonstrate the value of EarthDaily’s products to its customers
• Accurately manage and forecast against an opportunity pipeline
• Work with cross-functional team as needed to support key activities such as pipeline generation efforts, closing business and customer/account management
• Understand the market trends of your territory and advise to cross-functional teams (i.e. Marketing; Product; Partnerships; Executive)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with your customers
• Manage the contracting and procurement process
• Regularly educate customers on new use-cases, solutions, market trends etc. (be a trusted advisor and deliver commercial insight)
• Conduct regular field activity (i.e. customer meetings, attend conferences/tradeshows/workshops
• Regularly achieve and exceed sales quota by meeting New-Logo, Expansion and Renewal business targets (TBC depending on the region)

Solutions Engineer

• Partner with Sales team members to qualify opportunities, lead technical discovery conversations, and architect tailored solutions
• Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, and proposals aligned to customer workflows and use cases
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospects and customers through the sales cycle
• Conduct needs assessments to understand technical requirements and objectives
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders including Software Engineers, Technical Managers, Product Directors, and others
• Collaborate with Product and Software Engineering teams to relay customer feedback, influence the roadmap, and ensure EarthDaily’s solutions remain market-competitive

Technical Solutions Manager

Data Scientist

• Refactor Neural Network Collaborate with architect and author of neural network bond risk product to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead architecture and development effort Ongoing Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of firm-wide architecture, norms, policies, infrastructure and methodologies for machine learning activities across multiple company groups.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate prototypes into production-ready systems.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, feature stores, and model-serving infrastructure.
• Evaluate and optimize model performance, latency, and scalability.
• Implement automated training, testing, and deployment workflows (MLOps).
• Monitor models in production and address issues related to drift, performance degradation, or data quality.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in ML engineering and software development.
• Stay current with emerging ML/AI technologies and recommend tools or frameworks that improve team efficiency.

Data Scientist / ML Engineer

• Serve as the bridge between EarthDaily's Sales team and the Software Engineering and Product functions
• Ensure prospective customers understand how EarthDaily’s data, analytics platforms, and AI-driven insights map to their real-world operational needs
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and proof-of-concept engagements that directly support revenue growth
• Partner with Sales team members to qualify opportunities
• Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, and proposals aligned to customer workflows and use cases
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with accuracy and commercial awareness
• Conduct needs assessments to understand technical requirements and objectives
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product and Software Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and ensure solutions remain competitive
• Work with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless technical handoffs post-sale
