Supply Chain

• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders for packaging and finished goods.
• Track open POs and follow up with suppliers to confirm ship dates, resolve delays, and expedite when needed.
• Maintain accurate lead times, MOQs, and cost data to support planning and budgeting.
• Reconcile discrepancies between POs, item receipts, and vendor invoices.
• Support cost updates and item/vendor record maintenance.
• Monitor inventory levels and consumption/sales to ensure adequate supply for production and customer demand.
• Identify potential stockouts, delays, or excess inventory and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide supply constraints and replenishment insights to support demand planning.
• Prepare weekly supply status updates for internal teams.
• Assist with cycle counts, adjustments, and root‑cause analysis of variances.
• Communicate regularly with suppliers, packaging vendors, and co‑manufacturers to confirm availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Track vendor performance metrics such as on‑time delivery, scrap, and responsiveness.
• Support onboarding of new suppliers by gathering documentation and validating data.
• Escalate supply risks early and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate inbound shipments with logistics and warehouse teams (delivery windows, packing lists, documentation).
• Support freight booking and communication with 3PLs as needed.
• Help resolve receiving discrepancies, damaged goods claims, and inventory mismatches.
• Provide supply‑related inputs for production scheduling and co‑manufacturer planning.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory data in the ERP system.
• Build or update basic reports and trackers to support visibility and planning.
