  • Work with investment teams to map deal workflows

Requirements

  • U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Know cap rates, NOI, DCFs, and rent rolls
  • Built AI workflows that solved real problems
  • Strong with both clients and technical teams
  • Python experience (nice to have)
  • API experience (nice to have)
  • Background in finance, real estate, or data science (nice to have)
