About the role
- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities with private charter operators nationwide
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events
- Run consultative demos for Directors of Operations, Safety Managers, HR leaders, and executive stakeholders
- Navigate competitive bids and structured evaluation processes
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through contract execution
- Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline in Salesforce
- Stay current on aviation regulations and industry developments.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in new business development or full-cycle SaaS sales
- Proven ability to generate pipeline independently
- Experience selling technology solutions
- Exposure to competitive or structured buying processes
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills
- Comfortable traveling 25%–40%
- Strongly preferred: Aviation operational knowledge
- Experience selling into private charter operators
- Familiarity with FAA, DOT, or regulated environments
- Background in safety, compliance, or credentialing platforms.
