About the role

Build and maintain scalable full-stack systems powering real-time healthcare workflows.
Write clean, tested code in JavaScript/TypeScript (React) and Ruby on Rails (or ramp up quickly if not already experienced).
Design backend services and APIs for operations, logistics, and clinical intelligence.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership.
Contribute to engineering standards, code reviews, and team velocity.
Own your work from concept → launch → iteration.

Experienced full-stack engineer (around 7+ years) with a track record of shipping production systems, or Early-career engineer (2–3 years) with a CS degree (BS/MS) and a GitHub or portfolio showing strong side projects, technical curiosity, and hands-on learning with modern tools.
Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript and React, with at least some professional Ruby on Rails or similar MVC experience.
Comfortable with full-stack server-side rendering (not just SPAs or JSON APIs).
Confident ramping up quickly on new languages or frameworks.
Demonstrated follow-through and ownership across projects.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
