About the role

  • You sell our highly innovative products in the field of modern wound care to office-based physicians and nursing services.
  • You consistently increase URGO’s market share in your territory and achieve sales targets by implementing marketing and sales strategies.
  • You conduct customer training sessions and product presentations and advise customers on all professional questions related to modern wound care.
  • You plan efficient visits to the existing customer base and acquire new customers.

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial, nursing or medical vocational training, or you hold a university degree.
  • You are passionate about medical topics and committed to improving patients’ quality of life.
  • You have already gained initial experience in sales.
  • Analytical and commercial thinking, as well as an independent, customer- and results-oriented working style, are natural to you.
  • You know how to build sustainable, long-term customer relationships and maintain personal contact with stakeholders, decision-makers and networks.
  • With your positive presence and dynamic manner, you inspire customers with our products and reliably bring your sales conversations to a successful close.
