About the role

  • Develop strategies and action plans to achieve defined targets
  • Build and expand collaboration with key accounts
  • Plan, prepare and conduct customer visits
  • Negotiate and conclude contracts and monitor their implementation
  • Sales planning and analysis for the assigned territory
  • Plan and conduct strategic annual account reviews
  • Prepare customer, market and competitor analyses
  • Build and maintain an internal network within the company

Requirements

  • University degree in business/economics or vocational qualification in the medical field
  • Experience in field sales, ideally in medical technology
  • Strong affinity for numbers and sales analysis
  • Enjoy interacting with customers
  • Ideally experience in project management
  • Good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel; ideally initial experience with Power BI
