About the role
- Preparation of state and local tax returns, including extensions and quarterly payments
- Direct assistance to state and local tax team in tax matters including audits, notices, planning
- Participation in preparation of Federal U.S. tax return, quarterly payments and extensions
- Assistance with preparation of annual and quarterly federal, state and local tax provisions
- Special projects, as assigned.
Requirements
- 3-4 years progressive experience in public accounting or U.S. based multinational corporation
- State and local return preparation experience
- Tax provision preparation experience a plus
- Solid experience managing multiple processes/multi-tasking
- Strong time management skills.
