- Act as a brand representative reflective of the company values
- Lead and support the team to elevate every aspect of the store experience through omni channel capabilities, merchandising, and display
- Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment by being highly focused on delivering exceptional and genuine customer experiences
- Build a succession plan for engaging and retaining a diverse team
- Provide timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability
- Inspire teams through empowerment, creativity, empathy, and shared fate
- Oversee and collaborate with key partners to uphold daily operating procedures
- Assess global business and product sell-through to identify business success and opportunities for the store

Requirements
- 5+ years store leadership experience
- Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
- Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
- Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays
