- Direct service and styling to achieve an engaging and inspiring store environment
- Lead customer experience by providing extraordinary service
- Teach team to provide a frictionless customer experience utilizing technology
- Support the Store Manager in curating events and experiences
- Oversee training, development, and accountability of the CEM program
- Drive the styling program by empowering team members

Requirements
- Anthro brand fan
- 2+ years of retail leadership experience
- Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
- Proven record of developing great talent
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
