About the role
- Supports the selling, service, and operations of the store to achieve an inspiring environment founded on fitness, wellness, and happiness
- Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values
- Partners with the leadership team on the creation of an engaging visual experience
- Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience
- Supports the execution of events in conjunction with fitness and wellness partners
- Guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations
- Participates as the manager-on-duty by driving engagement in each zone
- Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
- Utilizes Company tools to analyze business opportunities
Requirements
- 1+ years store leadership experience
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
