- In collaboration with the Store Manager, supports the operations of the store
- Fosters an environment of continual development
- Leads by example in upholding a service culture
- Actively manages the store environment prioritizing service and sales
- Collaborates with the leadership team to facilitate onboarding for new hires
- Assists with scheduling process
- Collaborates with the leadership team to plan a strategic approach to operating procedures

Requirements
- Anthro brand fan
- 2+ years of retail leadership experience
- Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
- Proven record of developing great talent
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
