About the role
- Collaborate with site leadership to maintain employee engagement and build company culture
- In line with business needs, define and implement initiatives to improve long term business performance
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Team and oversee all recruiting efforts
- Talent Management: Leading Onboarding, training & development, succession planning
- Lead and manage HR team while ensuring people priorities are implemented and followed
- Assist in creating peak headcount plans
- Ensure employee compliance by auditing payroll records
- Conduct employee investigations as needed and ensure consistent application of policy
Requirements
- 5 years of increased responsibility in the Human Resources field
- Bachelor’s required in related field
- 3 plus years leading and managing HR team
- Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills
- Excellent leadership, team building, communication and organizational skills
- Experienced at working with speed, pragmatism and professionalism, ideally in an entrepreneurial culture
- A confident influencer who reads when and how to gain commitment of others.
