About the role
- Own the full talent acquisition life cycle for 10-20 concurrent searches, including the creation of compensation packages and the closing of candidates.
- Identify and initiate contact with all levels of Hiring Managers at URBN via participation in weekly recruiting meetings and one-on-one discussions.
- Utilize diverse channels of digital and social media sites for candidate sourcing; savvy at sourcing in all social media platforms.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Build and identify networks through industry groups and contacts, association memberships, and current employees to identify qualified candidates and expand the digital talent pipeline.
- Maintain accurate reporting and fully utilize the Applicant Tracking Systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with a track record of handling full life cycle recruiting
- Experience recruiting for Technology teams.
- 3+ years of experience directly partnering with all levels of Hiring Managers.
- Corporate recruiting experience is ideal, but candidates from recruiting firms will also be considered.
- Experience utilizing contact lists, databases, leads, personal networking, websites, search engines, job fairs and college visits for sourcing and building rapport with candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Experience in the fashion or retail industries is preferred.
