- Maximize sales and profit by developing merchandise plans
- Ensure success of departments by exceeding sales and gross margin
- Plan and own product classes
- Monitor sales on current styles weekly
- Manage receipts and inventory effectively with buyer
- Maximize opportunities thru key item programs
- Run and distribute weekly and month-end reports
