About the role
- Seeking a creative, strategic, and analytical Marketing Director to own and grow Urban Insight’s marketing function.
- Define and execute strategies and tactics to increase marketing qualified leads and the rate at which existing leads are converted into clients.
- Assess the existing marketing strategy to revise and develop a comprehensive strategy.
- Drive growth via setting goals, defining target audiences, creating business cases for marketing activities based on impact, and managing the budget.
- Develop and maintain brand strategy, messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and sales deliverables.
- Create messaging and successfully plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns (across all channels).
- Lead content development and creation across all channels for the agency including sales and marketing collateral.
- Provide detailed analysis and reports on conversion metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to recommend investment in marketing activities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading B2B Professional Services marketing for the U.S. market (i.e. Web Design & Development, Marketing Agency or Consulting Firm to nonprofits and for profits)
- Ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and executing campaigns across various channels, including digital and offline.
- Minimum CEFR C1 level with English (ideally C2)
- Extensive experience with AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency, and in implementing AI into workflows.
- Demonstrated success growing MQLs and providing a strong ROI across all channels.
- Demonstrated success supporting MQL to SQL conversion.
- Experience creating digital assets for marketing campaigns, such as graphics, written copy, social posts.
- Experience both leading strategy and executing independently on a marketing team of one.
- Strong data analysis and prioritization skills.
- Highly motivated and tenacious personality.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Apollo, and Reply.io is a plus.
