About the role

  • Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support
  • Troubleshoot and communicate solutions for financial and property accounting software issues
  • Participate in or lead onboarding, setup, and training for new customers
  • Assist in testing and deploying SaaS solutions
  • Collaborate on best practice support processes aligned with company strategy
  • Stay current on technology trends and industry best practices

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in 3rd line customer-facing technical support roles
  • Strong financial accounting experience, preferably in property accounting
  • Experience supporting SaaS platforms
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and professional phone manner
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter, confident, and collaborative in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of IT standards, service design, or system behavior
  • Familiarity with web technologies: Bootstrap, CodeIgniter/PHP frameworks, LAMP stack, JavaScript, CSS, Git/Subversion
  • Experience in developing Statements of Work (SOWs) and supporting SaaS deployments
