Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and security architecture and design reviews. Partner with engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and mitigate identified risks
Design and implement proactive security solutions to systematically eliminate vulnerability classes rather than endlessly chase individual vulnerabilities
Design, build, and deploy AI-driven security agents to automate security engineering tasks such as alert triage, log analysis, and security assessments
Participate in incident response investigations to analyze, mitigate, and document security incidents
Push the boundaries of current tooling by identifying innovative solutions that address new threat vectors and emerging risks

Requirements

Proven technical experience in securing the following: web applications, mobile applications, and cloud IaaS environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Hands-on experience building or integrating AI agents and LLM-based solutions to solve practical security engineering challenges
Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a primary focus on security engineering and automation, complemented by hands-on experience in threat detection and incident response
Experience leveraging automation through Python, TypeScript, and other scripting languages to enhance security engineering processes, reduce manual effort, and improve response times
You are organized, prioritize effectively, and can manage multiple responsibilities – from building long-term solutions to handling ad-hoc work
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to synthesize highly technical concepts into clear and concise language.
