We're looking for a Senior Integrated Producer to lead the production of our most impactful marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for campaign execution from start to finish. You'll lead the project with creative teams and a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders, from Product Marketing and Legal to our Web, Retail, and Paid Media teams, to ensure seamless and on-time delivery. Your focus will be on bringing our brand vision to life through a variety of assets, including photoshoots, film, CGI, animation, experiential, etc, on schedule, on budget, and well communicated. You thrive in a creative-first environment and know how to transform big ideas into visually stunning, brand-consistent content that resonates with a global audience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing production.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience in CG, photography/video production, print design, or digital advertising. Knowledge of industry-standard production workflows and processes.
- Experience working with international agencies or in global markets, including localization. Oura is scaling fast and we need expertise in global asset production.
- Proficiency in project management tools, marketing automation/reporting tools, and analytics platforms i.e. Asana, Gira, Workday.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.
