Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to build and influence senior-level pipelines across product, engineering, or similar domains
  • Strong command of ATS and sourcing tools
  • Experience working within a global, cross-functional recruiting team
  • Sourcing background in tech, hardware, and/or software
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, context-switching across multiple priorities, and showing up as a collaborative team player
  • Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, and resilience
