Act as the hiring manager for new developers in the team.
Requirements
Minimum of 6+ years experience in software engineering and 2+ years managing software engineers.
Strong technical background in software engineering, with the ability to help guide architectural decisions.
Experience shipping consumer mobile apps or their backend services.
Experience with Agile/Scrum processes and ability to advocate for process improvements.
Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams, with a track record of mentoring engineers and supporting career growth.
Enjoy working in a mission-driven start-up environment with an ability to handle ambiguity.
Strong communication, project management, and delegation skills. Able to drive cross-functional projects from inception to product launch.
