Compliance

• Initiate, monitor and maintain accurate student compliance records for a diverse range of pre-placement requirements across multiple health disciplines, ensuring a high level of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail
• Analyse, interpret and report on compliance data using enterprise systems and reporting tools, combining information from multiple sources to support operational excellence, risk management and informed decision-making
• Develop and apply specialised knowledge of pre-placement compliance requirements, interpreting complex legislative, policy and procedural requirements to provide clear, accurate and consistent advice to students, staff and placement providers
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements, and effectively manage multiple discipline-specific compliance processes within a high-volume environment
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with academic and professional stakeholders to coordinate processes, negotiate timelines and ensure high-quality service delivery outcomes are achieved
• Prepare high-quality written correspondence and respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional, timely and customer-focused manner across multiple communication channels, including face-to-face, phone, video and online platforms
• Organise and deliver compliance-related information sessions and provide administrative support for events and operational activities as required
