Partner with cross-functional teams to co-design solutions, benchmark industry practices, and influence product roadmaps with data-driven insights.
Build and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses to monitor performance of monetization products including ads, subscriptions, and Connects.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the monetization ecosystem by framing problems from the customer’s perspective and anticipating business needs.
Present insights in clear, compelling ways tailored to executives, product leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
3–5 years of professional experience in product analytics, data analysis, or related fields, or equivalent experience through advanced study.
Strong background in experimental design and causal inference techniques, with proven ability to measure true product impact.
Experience in two-sided marketplaces, auctions, ads, or subscription models, with knowledge of market design principles.
High proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of statistical programming (Python or R).
Adaptability and a growth mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and uncover opportunities that improve both business outcomes and customer experience.
