  • Own the full recruitment cycle - from creative sourcing to offer and close.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-growing startup environment - Must
  • Hands-on experience recruiting for global Go-To-Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
  • Real AI capabilities - you're actively using AI tools in your recruiting work, not just aware of them.
  • Data-driven decision making- you use data to inform sourcing strategies, evaluate pipelines, and improve outcomes.
  • Experience leading global, end-to-end recruiting processes across multiple regions and markets
  • Proactive by nature- you don't wait to be asked to make something better.
  • Creative- in sourcing, outreach, and process design.
  • You hire for meaningful contribution- not just to close a req.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills- a true people-person with high emotional intelligence.
