Solutions Engineer

• Oversee and participate in initial customer discovery meetings
• Provide platform demos and highly technical proof-of-value engagements for existing customers and new sales opportunities using predictive maintenance software
• Act as a subject matter expert for predictive analytics, operations and maintenance, chemical engineering, and asset performance management
• Translate customer business challenges into technical solutions and position UptimeAI’s offering
• Address customer needs through verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis
• Support solution design, architecture review, and functional and technical requirements discovery, definition, and documentation
• Implement complete solutions by combining process-domain knowledge with technical knowledge of UptimeAI software
• Build, manage, and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and partners
• Travel 40–60% to engage with customers and prospects in person
• Participate in marketing campaigns and events
