QA Engineer

• Plan, execute, and monitor software development projects from initiation to closure
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
• Lead project meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives
• Design and implement comprehensive QA strategies and testing frameworks
• Develop test plans, test cases, and testing procedures for software applications
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle
• Establish and maintain quality metrics, standards, and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards
• Manage defect tracking and resolution processes
• Perform risk-based testing and prioritize testing activities

• Evaluate system and component releases for impact on business processes.
• Have technical skills to code review, verify, and validate the software code developed.
• Learn and understand business processes and how individuals and technology can best ensure the success of business users.
• Mentor Full Stack Engineers and Jr. Full Stack Engineers in design, development, and adherence to best practices.
