Account Executive

• Build a high-value sales pipeline by prospecting, attending events, networking, and cold outreach
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their unique needs, present solutions, and discuss project scope, timelines, and objectives
• Conduct discovery calls with qualified leads
• Develop Mutual Action Plans with opportunities
• Expertly deliver across all stages of the sales cycle
• Manage complex procurement, commercial, and legal processes to close new business
• Navigate long-term strategic engagements while implementing quick wins to shorten the sales cycle
• Work with Sales Leadership to optimize sales processes and the overall strategy of the US office
• Establish strong lines of communication between pre-Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product
• Contribute to new market strategies, demonstrate UpSlide's unique value proposition, and establish key competitive differentiators
• Report to the Vice President of Sales and collaborate within a team of three and wider sales team of ten
