About the role
- Project ownership: You coordinate recruiting projects from kickoff to successful hire
- Shoot planning: You organize on-site video shoots with our partners (e.g., interviews, in-practice shoots)
- Meta marketing: You brief and oversee our ad campaigns on Meta (audiences, budgets, creatives)
- Client support: You conduct strategy meetings, identify follow-up opportunities, and build long-term partnerships
- Job profiles & matching: You analyze the vacancy and define who truly fits
- Interface to Recruiting, Ads, Creative, Tech & Onboarding
Requirements
- Experience in account management, B2B sales, or recruiting — ideally in a medical environment
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine interest in the challenges of our target group
- Self-organization, personal accountability, and a drive for performance
- Confident use of digital tools (CRM, Slack, calendar, etc.)
- Bonus: Experience in the veterinary field (e.g., practice management, medical technology, recruitment)
