About the role

  • Independent project management and client consulting for private residential and office projects
  • Development of design concepts and preparation of execution plans for interiors, layouts, and furnishings
  • Management of budgets, timelines, and quality control throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Coordination with specialist consultants, authorities, contractors, and tradespeople
  • Oversight of implementation through to project completion and warranty follow-ups
  • Contribution to continuous improvement of our processes, supplier network, and product selection
  • Support for Upscale’s growth through market insights and client feedback
  • Close collaboration with our Zurich team while developing projects in Geneva, Lausanne, and the surrounding French-speaking region

Requirements

  • Degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture (BSc / MSc or equivalent FH / ETH / TU / USI)
  • Alternatively: qualified architectural drafter (Hochbauzeichner/in) with strong interior design experience
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience
  • Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD (essential); experience with Nano Banana Pro
  • Familiarity with leading European furniture brands, manufacturers, and designers for residential and/or office environments
  • Experience in construction supervision or execution of interior fit-outs
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Motivated, resilient, and structured with strong attention to detail
  • Languages: Fluent French (required); English or German for collaboration with the Zurich team; Italian is a plus
  • Valid Swiss work permit (B or C)
