Architect

• As an Interior Designer at Upscale, you will take ownership of projects and guide clients through the entire design journey.
• Your responsibilities include: independent project management and client advising for private residential and office projects.
• Concept development and execution planning for interiors, layouts, and furnishings.
• Budget, timeline, and quality control throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Coordination with specialist planners, authorities, contractors, and craftsmen.
• Supervising implementation through to project completion and handling warranty follow-ups.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes, supplier network, and product selection.
• Supporting Upscale’s growth by providing market insights and client feedback.
• You will work closely with our Zurich team while developing projects in Geneva, Lausanne, and the surrounding French-speaking region.
