About the role
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting people-management decisions and initiatives
- Support the management of organizational change and employee engagement initiatives
- Contribute to organizational effectiveness and cultural integration
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitization and HRBP process improvements
- Develop and monitor indicators (KPIs), reports and management dashboards
- Prepare executive presentations and strategic materials for stakeholders
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and programs
- Build close relationships with leaders and business areas
- Partner with regional and global Human Resources teams
- Use digital and analytical tools to generate insights and support decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (postgraduate degree is a plus)
- Experience in Human Resources with exposure to multiple areas (e.g., Talent, Compensation, Labor Relations)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), experience with Power BI or similar tools, and familiarity with digital tools, AI and automation, with a focus on process optimization, data analysis and executive communication
- English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking)
