About the role
- Support and elevate franchisees within a designated territory
- Optimize revenue and operational excellence
- Conduct comprehensive center evaluations and performance analysis
- Coach franchisees in leveraging financial benchmarks
- Serve as the primary liaison between TUPSS Solution + Support Campus and franchisees
- Identify operational and financial risks
- Support franchise lifecycle events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Restaurant or Retail Operations, Franchising, Business Consulting, or a related field
- Ability to foster open dialogue and achieve alignment
- Strong understanding of franchise business models and financial structures
- Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Solid financial acumen
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in digital tools
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
