About the role
- Own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of healthcare customers as their primary UPS contact
- Lead customer access to the full UPS Healthcare portfolio, including Small Package, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing & Distribution and Cold Chain solutions with focus on end-to-end solutions
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and executing account strategies
- Translate UPS Healthcare services, technologies and capabilities into clear, customer-specific value propositions
- Partner with Operations and Customer Solutions to design, review and optimise tailored solutions
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer strategies, financials, product launches and pipelines while expanding multi-level stakeholder relationships
- Manage revenue commitments, target accounts, customer reviews, joint calls and KPI analysis to ensure performance and service excellence
Requirements
- A strong hunter mindset with clear ambition to win and grow accounts
- A Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, Healthcare or Business preferred
- At least five years’ experience in complex sales within logistics, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Fluency in English (required); additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel across Europe and work flexibly across regions and time zones
- The ability to convert services and solutions into customer-relevant capabilities
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Driving licence
