About the role

  • Provides essential administrative support to the UPS Sales Force in the United States, focusing on the onboarding of new customers
  • Ensures a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, allowing Sales representatives to concentrate on strategic selling activities
  • Supports Sales Force in Customer Onboarding activities
  • Takes ownership of the administrative side of the project (organize and moderate internal calls, involve UPS Subject Matter Experts if needed, follow up with requestor on work progress etc.)
  • Ensures best in class Customer Experience

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • High competency with MS Office
  • Organized, flexible with attention devoted to timelines and quality of task performed
  • Team player but able to work independently
  • Ability to understand customer situation and requirements as well as UPS needs
  • Positive attitude
  • At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS
