About the role
- Provides essential administrative support to the UPS Sales Force in the United States, focusing on the onboarding of new customers
- Ensures a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, allowing Sales representatives to concentrate on strategic selling activities
- Supports Sales Force in Customer Onboarding activities
- Takes ownership of the administrative side of the project (organize and moderate internal calls, involve UPS Subject Matter Experts if needed, follow up with requestor on work progress etc.)
- Ensures best in class Customer Experience
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- High competency with MS Office
- Organized, flexible with attention devoted to timelines and quality of task performed
- Team player but able to work independently
- Ability to understand customer situation and requirements as well as UPS needs
- Positive attitude
- At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS
