About the role

  • Ensure the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of electric cooking products through effective repair and maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical support and training to the Customer Care team.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and maintain accurate service documentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve after-sales service processes.
  • Uphold quality and safety standards during all repair and servicing activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Undergraduate Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in electrical or electronic product/system maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail with a clear focus on quality and safety.
  • Hands-on experience using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to conduct independent technical research and problem analysis.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and engineering terminology.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
