About the role
- Ensure the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of electric cooking products through effective repair and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and training to the Customer Care team.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintain accurate service documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve after-sales service processes.
- Uphold quality and safety standards during all repair and servicing activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Undergraduate Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in electrical or electronic product/system maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail with a clear focus on quality and safety.
- Hands-on experience using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to conduct independent technical research and problem analysis.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and engineering terminology.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
