• Lead the research efforts to improve understanding of end users of Upenergy’s products across different markets
• Conduct literature reviews and stay updated with relevant research advancements
• Document experimentation methodologies and findings
• Develop RCT strategy and serve as principal investigator
• Analyze RCT data to provide actionable insights
• Publish results of evaluations and methodologies
• Design testing, sampling, data collection, and protocols
• Develop continuous testing methodologies including A-B testing frameworks
• Collaborate with teams to identify suitable research questions
• Support the design and development of randomized controlled trials (RCTs)
• Conduct data audits and quality assurance checks on collected data
• Structure learnings on end-users and testing for informed business decisions
