About the role

  • Monitor and ensure alerting of applications to ensure smooth operation.
  • Improve infrastructure security by upgrading, maintaining, and mitigating security risks.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand business needs and ensure great customer experience.
  • Participate in projects to improve processes and applications, including containerization and cloud migrations.
  • Work with tech stack including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Datadog, and GIT.
  • Handle incidents and post-mortem analysis for critical applications and provide on-call support on a rotational basis.

Requirements

  • Expert in cloud concepts, preferably AWS.
  • Experience with configuration management, Terraform, containerized computing, or source control.
  • Experience integrating monitoring tools, APMs, logging solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of Linux and networking concepts.
  • Programming skills.
  • Experience with scripting language like Bash or Python.
  • Nice to have: Experience with GCP.
