About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, managing work and priorities throughout the onboarding and implementation lifecycle, including discovery and technical/onboarding calls.
  • Create, configure, and maintain client infrastructure in staging and production environments customized to client requirements.
  • Oversee implementation of SaaS solutions, coordinating with internal engineering, client success and product teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain projects in a project management tool (e.g., ClickUp), track progress, and provide regular reports to clients and senior management.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues during delivery, including infrastructure, services, or configuration problems; participate in troubleshooting.
  • Share deployment duties to upgrade code for clients' Staging and Production environments and various microservices; participate in on-call rotation.
  • Act as subject matter expert for third-party integrations; work with clients to understand and implement APIs, workflows, and configurations.
  • Gather client feedback and work with product development to drive continuous improvement of SaaS offerings, implementation processes, and quality guidelines.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Masters degree in CIS or IT is a plus.
  • A minimum of 8 years of combined experience in client delivery, project management, and DevOps/Operations within a SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and communication.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS Services (e.g., VPC, EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS) and DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform).
  • Scripting experience with Python, Ruby, or Bash.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and strategies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools; experience with ClickUp is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, REST APIs, and API testing tools like POSTMAN.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills; seen as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Experience with Agile projects is required.
  • Experience with Real Estate, Mortgage, or Lending industry is a strong plus.
  • Will participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation with the engineering team.
