About the role
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define, refine, and prioritize backlog items
- Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ensure backlog items meet Definition of Ready/Done standards
- Analyze business processes and translate them into actionable requirements
- Support incidents and enhancement requests through ServiceNow
- Participate in daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and planning sessions
- Coordinate and support acceptance testing and defect management
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ALM tools are up to date
- Serve as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile and BA practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
- Scrum Master or SAFe experience (Preferred)
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms
- IIBA certification (Preferred)
